CANVAS LOVE

Posted by: Lindsay

Where do you display your child’s artwork?

Rebecca Gregory in Dallas, TX displays hers in her office “as a daily reminder to pray for the kids at Ithemba…and all the orphans in the world…that they may find peace, shelter, love and hope in Jesus.”  She also uses it as a conversation starter with her fellow co-workers.  “Everyone always asks about the footprint…what a great way to tell them how they, too, could change the life of a child for such a small investment…”

Andrea Duggan from New York, New York  has her canvas hanging in her office .  She has it hung over her right shoulder…next to the door.  She says, “When I turn to my door, my eye must pass my canvas and the quick glimps of the green background & the black hand give me the “reality” check of what is really important in life.  It also gives me the strength to deal with whatever business issue that is standing in my doorway…”

Mike Hansen from Crossroads Church in Alberta, Canada displays the canvases that his youth group purchased  front and center on a wall of the church to “consistently remind our kids where there tithe is going…”

Send your picture and story to info@luo-setfree.org.  We would love to hear from you!
